Just stumbled across a game that will make Doom3 and HalfLife2 look like they were made in the 80s.  Its called Project Offset and it is a peice of beautiful.  You can get their sneak peak via bittorrent here.

All I can say is WOW. If I had read the announcement anywhere other than gamasutra I would have taken it for satire, but they are now holding the first ever Sex in Video Games Conference. Now dont take me for a perv, but I think the fact that they have such a conference is an awesome idea. I dont actually own any Hentai games, nor do I anticipate buying any, but the idea of people being comfortable enough with their sexuality to have a legitimate conference about the state and direction of this industry makes me... I dont want to say happy but perhaps relieved would be a suitable discriptor.

It appears that Winter-een-mas is going to be a couple weeks early this year. Or at least it will be for me. Just got a hand full of new games, and then this weekend will be the infamous Undercon 2006: Revenge of the Quah.
